Bio: With over 20 years of experience managing some of Indonesia’s most iconic luxury resorts, including properties for Aman and Four Seasons, Budi brings a profound understanding of world-class service to the remote seas of Halmahera. A native of Indonesia, he founded Halmahera Luxury Cruise under the Juara Holding Group to showcase the archipelago’s hidden treasures while setting a new standard for sustainable and culturally sensitive tourism. Dewi Lestari
Head of Operations & Expedition Logistics
Credentials: PADI Divemaster; STCW-95 Certified; Certificate in Marine Tourism Management (Universitas Gadjah Mada).
Bio: Dewi is the logistical heart of our operations. Having managed complex liveaboard fleets in both Raja Ampat and Komodo, she possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of what it takes to run a safe, seamless, and luxurious expedition in remote Indonesian waters. She personally oversees vessel maintenance, crew training, and supply chain management, ensuring that every cruise meets our exacting safety and quality standards.
